Welcome Back to School!
We hope everyone has had a wonderful summer and is looking forward to the new school year!
Please see the email sent on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 29th for additional information about the first week of school.
Information for Grade 1- 5 Students
Tuesday, September 5th All new and returning Grade 1-5 students will attend from 8:50- 9:50 am. Although this is a short time to attend, it is an important time for us to take attendance so we know who will and will not be attending Qayqayt this school year.
- Returning Students: Go to the same line up location as last year. Students will also be dismissed at this location.
- New Students: Enter the school through the front doors. Students will spend some time in the library and will be dismissed from the main foyer.
- You will receive an email from your child’s new teacher no later than 4pm on Tuesday, September 5th. The teacher will introduce themselves as well as indicate where your child should be dropped off and picked up on Wednesday.
Wednesday, September 6th will be a full school day and all Grade 1-5 students will attend from 8:50- 3:00 pm. Please send your child to school with any food they will need for the day (snack and lunch) and a water bottle.
