Remembrance Day
Remembrance Day is Sunday, November 11th, 2018
On Friday, November 9th, at 9:30 a.m. the staff and students at École Qayqayt Elementary School will pay tribute at our Remembrance Day Assembly to the many individuals who fought and gave their lives so that future generations could live in peace. Students in Grade 4/5, Grades 1 and 2, the choir with Mrs. Leigh and myself, will lead us through a thoughtful assembly. We are always proud of the way our students solemnly and responsibly show their respect to our fallen soldiers. Our parents, family members and community members are encouraged to attend this momentous ceremony.
School will be CLOSED on Monday, November 12th, 2018.
