Action Required – My Ed Family Portal Access
Family portal accounts will be set up for all parent(s)/guardian(s) on Friday, February 28, 2020. At that time, you will receive an email with login information and your temporary password from sysadmin@myeducation.gov.bc.ca . Please open it and follow the attached instructions to access your family portal account. Please check your “junk mail” folder if you are unable to see an email from this address in your inbox. If, after checking your “junk mail” folder, you still do not see an email from this address or if you are having difficulties logging into your account, please email the school at qayqayt@sd40.bc.ca .
IMPORTANT: Initial login to MyEd BC portal accounts MUST be done on a desktop computer or laptop. Subsequent logins can all be done through either computers or portable devices.
Please note: Term 2 report cards will be published to and accessed via the MyEd Family Portal on March 13th, 2020. It is extremely important that you try to access your family portal account as soon as possible so that any account issues are dealt with prior to that date.
